Like so many of our epic wedding stories, this one is family focused and full of Love. Stephanie and Andrew traveled up to the heart of the Adirondack’s to celebrate their marriage at the Victorian Lady. This beautiful historic B&B was run by Stephanie’s Grandmother and remains in her family. She knew that it would be the most perfect place for her to say her “I Do’s” with Andrew. As fate would have it Andrew’s family was just a few miles down the road in Elizabeth town! As family is so important to both of them they decided to have the Ceremony at the B&B and the reception on Andrew’s family property. Stephanie has many talented family members who are also in the wedding industry. Her brother Wayne is a videographer who filmed the day and her Uncle is a DC in Philly who came up for the event. You can imagine how privileged we felt to be included in this list of family! She and I talked on the phone for hours about all the details and how excited she was to be Andrew’s wife. I knew that we just had to capture it and I am so thrilled to share the images with you.
You can’t go wrong with some Manolo’s
This room was stunning for Stephanie’s getting ready
We just loved the tan and blue on the guys!
And Stephanie’s Ladies looked stunning in all styles of navy blue!
This fountain was particularly important. For years, it was in the garden and didn’t work but a Stephanie’s Dad managed to get it going right before the wedding!
Stephanie is a true Daddy’s girl and it was such a tender moment of him walking her down the aisle.
All through the ceremony Andrew was laughing and we just LOVE this image of him!
And this was such a great moment of “The Kiss” and the lipstick afterwards.
Such a perfect couple!
We had to pop over to the Lake for a quick photo!
And then it was off to the family property for the reception.
The toasts were out of this world, full of stories causing explosive laughter!
And several tearful moments including Tom’s toast. We learned about how Stephanie “saved” Andrew after he returned from tour. There wasn’t a dry eye in the tent and everyone there felt the power of family and of love. This was followed up by Andrew’s Grandmother who gave a beautiful blessing and prayer.
and we just loved the parent dances!
As you know, Stephanie is a Daddy’s girl so this father-daughter dance was so special!
They are such a beautiful and happy couple!
I have the privilege of being an artist and having a woman-owned business. This is possible by all of the men and women who have served our Nation and have fought for this freedom. I have such an appreciation and immense gratitude as your service allows me to create a life filled with celebrating love and beauty.
To Andrew, all of his fellow groomsmen, and all of the other men and women who are and have served our Nation.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We wish you and Stephanie a life time of happiness.
