As children grow so quickly there is this need to slow down time – to preserve these precious moments in memory. This is one of the reasons why photography is so special. We are able to capture this moment and preserve it. Today we are celebrating a very special moment indeed. I am so excited to introduce you to Vivienne who just celebrated her 13th Birthday. To commemorate such a special event and to hold onto this moment – V’s mother Lily wanted to do a mother and daughter portrait session. Originally we had another location picked out but when I saw the flowering trees in Washington Park, I knew we had to shoot there. Apparently this was the right move as V is quite the tree nymph. This was also a special shoot since we were a just a day away from mother’s day. I love these Albany mother daughter photos – capturing the love and connection between mothers and their daughters is truly magical. It was a delight to take these portraits of this extraordinary young lady. So, please join me in wishing her a wonderful birthday.
Washington Park was perfect for our location. The Albany Tulips were just bursting with color.
I just adore these sweet moments.
Here goes our girl – up a tree where she feels the most at home.
The blossoms were just spectacular at our Albany mother and daughter session!
She is just stunning.
This was one of my favorite images of the day.
You truly “Glo” Vivienne.
Wishing you the most magnificent of birthdays and can’t we wait to photograph you again!
